Thank you, for inspiring, guiding, and teaching me

     I would like to take this opportunity to go off script, and give you my thoughts on your “How to Meditate” class.  This is my second time taking this class, the second time was remote due to Covid 19. The depth and breadth of this course is immeasurable.  The teachings and scholars we are exposed to only reveal the surface of what Lakshyan has to offer.  I told my wife that I feel I am with someone who has been to the top of the mountain.  Lakshyan distills his knowledge in an easily approachable style.  Content to allow each individual to seek and explore as they will.  The bibliography and the handouts are distillations of years of study and are valuable.
